Special tapes
There are many different types of tape for special use, such as masking tape for protection, or double-sided tapes for attaching carpets and other things.
We have listed our various special tapes below, which gives you an overview of what they can be used for.
In addition to the many types of tape, it is also worth mentioning that it is possible to have your printed tape delivered on small cores and get many more meters of tape on the roll.
Strapping, filament and duct tape
Filament tape is used for sealing heavy boxes and other heavy packaging. It is a very strong tape, reinforced with glass fiber threads. It is available both as single and cross-reinforced and is particularly good for bundling materials. Available in several different widths.
The adhesive is a Hot Melt adhesive and the tape itself is a PP tape with glass fiber threads as reinforcement.
Strapping tape is used to stabilize goods, for example pallets. Often used for bundling materials or simply for stabilizing heavy boxes or other heavy packaging. Available in several widths.
Duct tape is a multipurpose tape. Often used for repairs, hobby work, marking, fixing and closing boxes. It has a high tear strength and a particularly good adhesive, which makes it ideal for quick but durable solutions, also outdoors. Available in two different thicknesses.
Double sided and masking tape
We have two different types of double sided tape. One is a textile tape, the other a PP tape. They are both suitable for carpet laying or fixing different materials. They can even be used for hanging posters etc.
Masking tape is resistant to moisture, solvents and temperature. The tape is very flexible and easy to tear and leaves no adhesive residue after removal. However, the tape should be removed as soon as it has served its purpose, to prevent the glue from leaving residue or damaging the surface it was supposed to protect.
The tape has a wide range of uses in the construction sector. It protects areas from painting, soldering, blasting, spraying, plating and polishing. Most often, it is used to cover ceilings, walls, windows, sockets, etc. before painting.
A strong vinyl tape, which is especially suitable for outdoor use.

Paper tape is normally self-adhesive, but with water activated adhesive rolls, the glue must be activated using water. We stock dispensers for this purpose.
The wat adhesive binds better, as it is a permanent adhesive, a good "old-fashioned" seal.
Available both with and without fiber reinforcement.
Other special tapes
A self-adhesive marking tape. Strong and durable. It can be used to mark safety lines in factories, halls or warehouses. The many different colors can also be used to mark specific pallet locations or workplaces. Available in many different colors.
A fast, simple and secure pouch tape which is used to attach shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, instructions or product samples. It only sticks to the edge and is printed "Dokumenter medfølger/documents enclosed". The middle part is transparent and non-adhesive to easily identify the document.
It is a PPA tape which is suitable for most boxes and its backing is both moisture and aging resistant to ensure that the pouch protects the content in the best way.
Cost-effective and time saving compared to other document pouches, but it requires a bench dispenser ND 5150, which you can find in our webshop.
