Packaging and delivery

Our printed tape is ordered and delivered by the box (minimum one box). For larger quantities, we send them on a quarter, half or full pallet, depending on the product.

Our stock items are ordered and delivered in rolls (minimum one roll), in boxes or sent on a pallet as described above.

We pack the tape most carefully and our carriers are chosen with care to ensure a fast and smooth delivery. If problems do arise, we will of course help to solve them. See the FAQ further down regarding the handling of defective delivery.

It is important that the tape is protected against shocks, blows, sunlight, cold, heat and sharp objects after reception. In general, the tape rolls must be handled with care.

Also remember to be very careful when opening the cardboard box with a knife or other sharp objects. There is a risk of hitting the top layer of tape rolls, which results in the tape rolls breaking each time you roll off the tape.

Your goods are safe with us

It is important to us to secure your goods in the best way as possible, so that they are well protected on the way to you.

Before the rolls are put in the box, they are wrapped in plastic, which protects them from moisture and/or drying out. For optimal durability, it is important that the rolls are kept in this plastic and in the closed cardboard box during storage.

Pallet shipments are wrapped well with stretch film, which stabilizes the pallet load and secures the contents. The film also protects against water and dirt.

We do our best to be helpful in every situation. Always remember to state your invoice number or your order number so that we can find your order quickly. If you have questions, comments or concerns of any kind, do not hesitate to contact us.

If we have the item in stock, we usually ship from day to day.

For Items with its own printed design, the delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Often we deliver even faster.

Goods directly from supplier, normally 3-5 weeks.

It is very important that you check your goods thoroughly by delivery. If you can see direct damage or the packaging is broken, always make a "received subject to damage or missing" note on the shipping document and then sign it. Take pictures of it, as these are important evidence. Send them to us along with a brief description of the incident and we will contact the shipping company.
